Below you’ll find estimated shipping timelines. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
When you place an order, your order is immediately electronically processed with the information that you provide when you place the order. Please make sure that your name, shipping address, phone number, etc are correct before placing your order. In the event that a customer provides incorrect shipping information when the order is placed, while we cannot guarantee that we can intercept the information, or interrupt the fulfillment process to make a shipping information change, we will do what we can to try and amend the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping address information.
Shipment processing time: within 24 hours
Estimated Shipping Timelines:
USA: Between 30 – 60 days average
Canada: Between 30 – 60 days average
Europe: Between 30 – 60 days average
Australia: Between 30 – 60 days average
All Others: Between 40 – 70 days average
Very often orders are received by our customers sooner than the above estimated shipping timelines, some arriving in 12-21 days. We always strive to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible.
Please understand that there are factors outside of our control. For example, shipping couriers may be experiencing backlogs, or inclement weather may cause a delay that may impact shipping times. Also, the global health pandemic has had an impact on international shipping. While safety measures have been implemented and delivery times have mostly normalized, that does not mean that a delivery delay is not possible. Also, Chinese New Year, roughly the first 2 weeks of February, can cause a temporary delay in processing. Normal processing resumes following this annual holiday. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in these circumstances!
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
DiamondPaintingsStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tigereyestone is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Why is my tracking stuck?
This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).
